Rooms available from the 1st July 2025A deposit of one months rent payable in advance will be required to secure a room. In accordance with the law, the deposit will then be held in a tenancy deposit scheme for the duration of the tenancy for our mutual protection. Details of the scheme I use can be found here.
Rent is payable in advance by standing order at £500 per calendar month inclusive of utilities.*
Rooms are single-occupancy only.
* Internet subscription ( £11.20 per calendar month) is not included in the rent, this is additional.
The Communal Areas in Flatshare Cardiff
The large fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, kettle and washer dryer.
There are separate storage cupboards for the use of each tenant, and ample shared fridge and freezer space.
The lounge area features a breakfast bar, leather sofas and a coffee table.
